At Gebeta, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in preparing and delivering high-quality meals and catering services. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Because our products are freshly prepared food items, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.
However, we do consider refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The food was damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
  • The order was not delivered as scheduled.

If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or report a problem:

  2. Provide your order number, delivery date, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Include a photo if your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond promptly.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement meal or store credit instead of a refund, based on your preference.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue a refund if:

  • The order was delivered correctly and in good condition.
  • You changed your mind after the food was prepared or delivered.
  • You provided an incorrect delivery address.

Since we work with perishable products, food once delivered cannot be returned.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided the food preparation has not yet started.
After this time, cancellation or refund may not be possible.
